The Purpose:

A scrabble format golf outing that allows Cleveland Chapter Members, clients, & guests to network in the Great Outdoors and enjoy the great game of golf.

2012 winning team of Mark Bixby (Element Cleveland), Thom VanDusen (Prince &Izant), Tim Schrader (Kelko Products), and Bob Bibby (Swagelok Impact Div.). Will it be you in the winner’s circle this year?

The Deal

Golf:

  • Shot-Gun Start.
  • Tee off at 11:00 AM
  • 18 Holes wtih Cart

Cost:

 

  • Foursome Golf & Dinner: $500.00
  • Individual Golf & Dinner: $125.00
  • Dinner Only: $45.00 / per person

Lunch:

  • 2 Hot Dogs, Chips and Beverage

Refreshments:

 

  • Beer will be provided at the clubhouse and assorted beverages will be available for each cart prior to teeing off.
  • Beverage cart will be available on the course with refills on a cash only basis. All bar services will be on a cash basis except for beer and standard beverages served with meals.

Dinner:

  • Steak, grilled to order
  • Red Skin Potatoes, Baked Beans, Corn on the Cob (if available), Pasta Salads
  • Assorted Pastries and Beverages. *Cash Bar Available

Sponsorships

  • Hole-In-One Sponsor—$90 Companies or individuals sponsoring a Hole-In-One will have 18” x 24” sign with their name placed in a prominent area near the green.
  • Hole Sponsorship—$75 Companies or individuals sponsoring a hole will have 18” x 24” sign with their name placed in a prominent area at the tee box.
  • Student Programs Sponsor—Companies or individuals donating $50 or more toward Student Scholarship Fund will have 18” x 24” sign with their name placed in the dining area.

**Note that all contributors will receive a paid receipt(s) for all contributions/sponsorships, along with a tax-free donation letter!**

Information for signs needed by May 31st.

Raffle Prizes

Raffle prize donations are always appreciated. Raffle prize donors may bring their raffle prizes to the outing, or provide them ahead of time to be listed on the Thank You cards provided at the dinner.

  • Free Range Balls during registration time
  • Tee-Off – 11:00AM

The Game

Golf Format:

  • 4-Man Scramble. (No minimum individual shots)
  • $5 Mulligans—limit four mulligans per team
  • Shot-Gun Start at 11:00am
  • 18-holes with cart

Contests:

  • Low Net - Prizes for Top Three Teams
  • Closest to Pin
  • Longest Drive
  • 50/50 Skins Game
  • Hole-In-One Prizes, including one $10K priz

Paid Reservations required – Limited to 18 foursomes (72 golfers).

The above site can also be used for dinner-only or sponsorship-only payments as well as registering individual golfers or foursomes.

Credit Card payment via PayPal confirms your registration immediately. If mailed checks are received after the event is filled, they will be returned. To make payments via check:
