Associate Engineer, Swagelok Materials Science and Advanced Technology
Swagelok is a $1.8 billion company with approximately 4,800 associates, 20 manufacturing facilities and five primary technical centers around the world. Materials research, failure analysis, and returns investigations are an important part of supplying fluid systems around the world and Elizabeth will briefly speak about these areas.

Mark’s recent interests include Ceramics and glasses for electronic, chemical, and biomedical applications, including fuel cell materials, thin films, gas sensors, ferrites, and apatite coatings on titanium implants; Synthesis, processing, defect chemistry, microstructure, and phase equilibria. He will be speaking on recent initiatives at Case as well as capabilities around materials research.
